Microfinance: A Solution to Reduce Poverty? Debate at the FIFDH – 15 March 2007, 8:00 pm, Maison du Grütli

The GIAN co-presents a debate on microfinance in the framework of the International Film Festival on Human Rights (FIFDH). The GIAN supports a research project on microfinance, jointly undertaken by the International Labour Office (ILO), the Graduate Institute of Development Studies (GIDS) and the University of Geneva. Two of the researchers participating in this project will share their insights on microfinance at the debate that follows the projection of two documentaries.
