major media event/conference/publication related to the project is scheduled. What should we do?
Please contact the GIAN and announce the event; ensure that all documents used in connection with the project correctly reference the GIAN's contribution; in the case of a publication, please ensure the GIAN's contribution is clearly and visibly acknowledged (see the MoU for details); the same applies for an Internet site; you may obtain materials (electronic logos, flyers,…) upon request. Also, the GIAN would like to obtain all relevant documents that result from a conference, and/or copies of publications. The GIAN is willing to organise or assist with events such as press conferences.
Post
-project completion we have a number of upcoming activites planned. Will the GIAN be able to support these activities?
Project-related activities, even after project completion, are also a part of the GIAN's goals. Upon consultation with the GIAN, coordination for future events may be undertaken.
