This briefing is organised in the context of the World Health Assembly, under the auspices of the WHO, on the GIAN-supported research project undertaken by: the University of Geneva, WHO, the Graduate Institute of Development Studies, the Health On the Net Foundation and the Institute for Human Sciences of Mali.
